Thank you fir reporting .Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game
I have often experienced that the win streak only reappears once we have played one level. When you start a new level check on the screen below that your win streak is shown and present at the bottom. If you get onto the pre game screen and do NOT see your win streak at the bottom, then press the X and play an old level. Then try the new level again and hopefully your win streak will show up again at the bottom of this screen:
