The "Oops" glitch has appeared again on Level 17551, costing me my Candy Necklace @FluffyDinosaur
I was assured months ago that this would be corrected and not happen again ??
This is appalling design work. Are the Games Studio incapable of fixing this problem or is it a deliberate ploy to defraud players of their Candy Necklace boosters ?????
@FreeSneakyMelonPyroDuck I held replying till I significantly progressed in my alt. game. Your question had addressed something I was wondering, which is why the UFO and popper only activate around the 70-90 level range without giving a freebie like the other basic boosters before them. Now it makes sense knowing the freebies used to be there, and to answer, no I didn't get 'em either.
I was so irked by this necklace change I wrote to Support, who confirmed the last goodie bag should contain the following: "Upon checking, according to the system, the rewards should be 2 Color Bomb, 2 Striped Wrapped Candy, 3 Extra Moves."
There was some useful advice given about my Win app possibly needing an update (which it did), and that seemed to partially solve the issue as my maxed necklace yielded 2 color bombs, 2 stripes, 1 wrap, and the +3 moves. But then a few levels later it reverted to how it was before, infuriating me.
I know I said I just wanted to crown the levels, but it'd be nice to Sugar Star the levels I didn't in the past, something that's impossible without the double color bomb combination increasing the chance of a lucky board. š” I'm basically crowning most levels with 1 star or 2, the equivalent of not having the necklace boosters in play at all. And I hit the L500 range with no change to the maxed goodie bag:

There was an issue with Win-streak feature in the game, which is fixed now! Are you playing the App version or Facebook browser?
If you are playing the App version, please check your App Store / Play Store and install the latest update version which will clear the glitchšļø
Interesting, I wonder if there are still versions of the Win app that are still older. I know at one point one group for the win app had cherries until dec or something.
Did you get the 3 UFOs and 1 popper around 70-90? Not see those since Dec either.

I've passed on your feedback to the team as they have not made any changes lately so they will need to check with Facebook what is happening.

Game streak suddenly disappeared? No extra boosters or moves. No trace of streaks, nothing pops up at the bottom to show there even is such a thing as streaks?
@PummyRaj @QueenB Today, the Facebook browser version of the game is a complete disaster. Whoever is trying to fix it is making it worse. Please try and get an experienced designer to fix this major issue.
It looks like I am getting an old version of the game, if it does get to that stage. Then the graphics are all over the place. Most of the time the browser freezes before you get there.
See the below 3 screenshots of what is happening. 1. Old version, 2. Blank black screen, 3. Blank white screen.
Until this is fixed, the game is impossible to play.
Hey @christinewupp thought I would let you I had a thought on what could fix it and have it a shot since they still hadnāt replied to me on email but gave me 5 of the same generic email telling me to go to the discussion site (here)
with my race win streak telling me I was on level -5 somehow I thought if I replay the first 5 levels it might refresh. Which it has and now my win streak bar has returned.
Still a bummer of the lost paid booster and saved free boosters but at least Iāll have a shot of starting to get them again since my win streak bar has returned and set me back on an 8 win streak.

I gotcha now. Odd, I hadn't experienced getting the decreased rewards till now, and this is playing on the Win app. It gave the best rewards (double of everything) right away once the last bag was reached. š¤·āāļø
I'll see if anything changes as my test game hits levels 500 and 1000 then and confirm here.
What I am saying is, the rewards in each bag increase as you go up levels. The second and last being the ones that change the most.
The new win streak has changed. Windows versions (and some mobile ones)
First at 51, top bag 1/1/1. At ~200 what you are seeing. About 500 you get an extra turn in the second bag, about 1000 you get a second striped or wrapped in the last bag.
Been that way for windows for awhile now and I know others have mentioned mobile versions are changing over. There are still a number of different versions active for mobile but eventually I suspect you will see what I mentioned above.
I'm aware the last bag is best. You can preview the different rewards for each bag, which is what my shot shows of the last bag.
Those "goodies" are all to be gained from this new Candy Necklace.
Even before my latest test game, I had done others just days/weeks ago, and it was the old necklace I would encounter: activates at L53(?) and the goodies were what I used to expect.
This change is NOT normal.

I think this fiddling with the game early in the week is making a mess of the game. Besides my Candy Necklace problem, the browser game is slow to upload and keeps reverting to a black screen !!
Every week it gives the impression that those making adjustments have no idea what they are doing.
It scales as you get higher. I suspect by about 2000 you will have the max for it. Anyway you will see the second bag and the last bag specifically get better.
Also you are lucky you don't have the super weak version pre 200. Top bag is 1 bomb/wrapped/striped.

Try playing an old then new level, see if it is revived. If not, it is either a bug or you are part of a test group that is was removed from. Who knows? Maybe they are updating it again and broke it.
Mine dissappeared for one level and then reappeared!

Thank you fir reporting .Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game
Mine also gone...It is really hard to complete a level without It and dont waste gold...Please revise It. Thanks
I have often experienced that the win streak only reappears once we have played one level. When you start a new level check on the screen below that your win streak is shown and present at the bottom. If you get onto the pre game screen and do NOT see your win streak at the bottom, then press the X and play an old level. Then try the new level again and hopefully your win streak will show up again at the bottom of this screen:
Have you tried just playing an old level or two? That usually brings back my candy necklace when it's gone. Don't play a new level until it's back.
My win streak has also gone it was over 70! Itās not even giving me a new win streak whatās going on?
Then there must be something wrong indeed. Sorry I couldn't help. There have been other comments I've seen about this. @PummyRaj maybe this needs looking into?

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the win-streak in your game!
By any chance, the level you have played right now said āthis level does not affect your win-streakā? If it did, that could be the reason that the streak is not active!! Can you please play another level and see if the streak active or not?

I passed more than 20 level without win streek I didn't see my streek
Mine is gone too!! And I got this new pop up message about it saying win streak coming or something, special rewards, etc, just like it does right before candy Royale goes elite for the weekend and it's till gone!! This is ridiculous!
Why did it disappear and when is it coming back?? I got some push notification about it when I restarted my game saying it's coming or it's there but it's not there!
