hey! I have this issue as well! Win streak completely dissapeared. i have a screenshot of the situation. i use iPhone 12 iOS 17.5.1 and app version 1.285.0.1 (just updated)
Mine is gone as well. I'm on android.
I play on samsung S20 FE and have the same issue
have sent further replies to the email response and will see if anything comes from if. Appreciate the replies and insights, thank you.
I think the problem is probably at King's end, not your device. Try to be patient until they fix this. There have been lots of other posts coming in about the win streak disappearing!
to mention but a few. There are more….
Have already replied a couple times but no response just the general one saying there is more support on the forums here.
Had issues in the past with similar losing progression, boosters, gold, levels etc. and had the same outcome, generalised response from a bot and case closed regardless of replies sent.
I appreciate you reaching out with the information and suggestion as well as tagging others that might be to help.
I’ll attempt to reply to the email again with the additional screenshots I’ve posted in this thread and hope something comes of it.
The most annoying part of it is the premise of funding for it to stripped away with no explanation, unjustly and no mention of rectification for the customer. Not only in my case but in many others. And the response from a bot telling me there is nothing they can do as items are “stored locally”.

Furthermore. The game is definitely broken just look at the screenshots here too after updating the game.
Continued to play to see if maybe finishing the race might fix anything since it broke upon completing the race prior to this one. -5 Levels on race?

Race going back to normal.
Level completion with no win streak coming up. Race Win with still no win streak coming up.
Game is utterly broken and I have nothing left to try to fix it.

When I got a useless bot reply from Player Support in the past I kept replying to that email until I got an acceptable reply. I am not sure if this still works as my query was many months ago, but generally the recommendation is to always reply to their useless emails using the normal reply function, then include screenshots und further explanations as you have done here. Usually player support would compensate paying customers, and they do have a record of your purchase history. There have been several posts about the win streak disappearing, so I think this is a more general issue at King's end which needs to be investigated and fixed. If you just logged out but did not uninstall the app then maybe your boosters and lives can be retrieved, but I am not sure how. The community manager might be able to help with this so I will try tag @QueenB and @PummyRaj .

I’ve tried doing the same, I’ve played 45 games and played already completed games! I’m not playing anymore games until it’s sorted out, I had a break before because of the same issue and they corrected it

Yeah, same issue with mine for a couple of days now. I tried updating the app and clearing cache. I even tried to complete a race, but same issue.

Same issue with my android mobile phone. I noticed this issue the other day. No update / fix yet at the time of writing this comment. Tried updating the app and clearing cache. Reinstalling is not an option since it will delete all stored boosters.
to further add on. The slight progression was due to me trying other methods in which I’ve heard others player suggest.
I.E. Play Older Levels, Play New Levels, Use 1 Booster, Redeem 1 Timed Booster, Close and Re Open Game.
I went to level 2335, won multiple levels in a row with still no win streak coming up, no bag effects with starting buffs, nothing.
Before my game broke literally whilst playing. Just after level 2345 my avatar got stuck floating in the sky and I was unable to do literally anything. Closed game and reopened for it to be in super speed, not normal 2x speed it was running at like 5x or even 10x speed for all animations including in game and transitions.
***The Win Streak section has completely disappeared meaning I can never even start one again.*** I had just recently claimed the full daily win stamp chest which granted timed boosters and stored boosters. I had between 180-200/200 lives to claim from friends and now have 0. Had Between 20-30 Colour Bombs.
Had Between 3-5 Packets.
Had Between 8-10 Fish.
Had 2 or 3 Lucky Candy.
Had Between 6-9 Coconut Wheels.
Had 1 Striped Bush. All reduced to 0. Reward Rustle completely reset despite me already collecting all and it said the event would happen on Saturday. All of the season pass rewards, **PAID**, have been null and void since they’ve disappeared. Not to mention the limited timers I had active on multiple of those after claiming from the season pass. So essentially what I’ve just paid **MONEY** for is completely useless and I paid for nothing?! I either expect compensation for all of the lost progression or a refund for the money I have spent on the in game items I no longer have access to. Boosters I’m really not that fussed about but it’s near impossible for any form of progression now due to what’s happened and the inability to even start a win streak to even try and regain the boosters myself. **A lot of time and money spent**, all for nothing at this moment in time. I hope you’ll do something to at least make it right and look into whatever bug has caused this to prevent it from happening to others. Here are some screenshots of my broken game in which even uninstalling and reinstalling did absolutely nothing to help. Thank you.
