When I got a useless bot reply from Player Support in the past I kept replying to that email until I got an acceptable reply. I am not sure if this still works as my query was many months ago, but generally the recommendation is to always reply to their useless emails using the normal reply function, then include screenshots und further explanations as you have done here. Usually player support would compensate paying customers, and they do have a record of your purchase history. There have been several posts about the win streak disappearing, so I think this is a more general issue at King's end which needs to be investigated and fixed. If you just logged out but did not uninstall the app then maybe your boosters and lives can be retrieved, but I am not sure how. The community manager might be able to help with this so I will try tag @QueenB and @PummyRaj .
Furthermore. The game is definitely broken just look at the screenshots here too after updating the game.
Continued to play to see if maybe finishing the race might fix anything since it broke upon completing the race prior to this one.

Jelly showing a streak should be started.
Race going back to normal.
Level completion with no win streak coming up.
Race Win with still no win streak coming up.
Game is utterly broken and I have nothing left to try to fix it.
Have already replied a couple times but no response just the general one saying there is more support on the forums here.
Had issues in the past with similar losing progression, boosters, gold, levels etc. and had the same outcome, generalised response from a bot and case closed regardless of replies sent.
I appreciate you reaching out with the information and suggestion as well as tagging others that might be to help.
I’ll attempt to reply to the email again with the additional screenshots I’ve posted in this thread and hope something comes of it.
The most annoying part of it is the premise of funding for it to stripped away with no explanation, unjustly and no mention of rectification for the customer. Not only in my case but in many others. And the response from a bot telling me there is nothing they can do as items are “stored locally”.
