I was helping someone with level 290 and on the 3rd attempt only the bottom half of the screen was displayed. Can this be passed on to the tech people?

Thanks, that will be quite helpful to know though. Then it seems to be an issue that relates to the "Help a friend" feature.
I've just sent you some lives to replace the loss, hope you got them.
Just tried 3 more attempts using my own lives and no issues. I can't replicate the situation though as it was a help request and not a normal level attempt.
I'd chew up my lives though testing it. Happy to do so though if that's waht's needed.
Hello @Donno69 I think what PummyRaj was hoping you might do is scroll back to level 290 and try replaying it to see if you get that half a screen again. According to my friends list you should not have too far to scroll back? So maybe you could give that a go, thanks.
It's through the download on my laptop, not facebook. Apologies it's not through chrome but through the downloaded app.If I scroll back to it then it will no doubt be fine as I would have played is a bunch of times when I was at that level. It seems to have been and issue with the 'Help' function on this screen where it gives you 3 free attempts to help a friend. I can't remember which friend it was. It wasn't any of these ones.

You are logged into the game through Facebook, right?
It won't let me try again. It was one of the attempts where someone on my friends list requested help so we only get 3 attempts. I had to quit the attempt then the request disappears. I'm on a laptop on google chrome. Not on Facebook.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseโs games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
