Hope someone can help, I noticed there was a thread about playing Candy Crush Saga on a Chrome and it was not working which has been an issue for a while. I have starting having problems about 2 weeks ago were the game will not load and all I get is an orange screen with King written across the centre. I am using a google chromebook and have downloaded the game through the play store so it is an app. I have the updated version of Chrome. I experimenting with the other games which are available through the play store and I get the same problem with them. I am not sure what my user ID is due to the fact I am unsure if the game saved while I was playing it. I was on level 4700 or maybe a bit more not sure entirely. Any help would be grateful received. thanks

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble playing Candy Crush Saga on your Chromebook. Yes, we have had some reports about our game not working properly on Chromebook but we have not been able to find the cause of this.
Since you're experiencing issues with other games as well, the problem might be related to the Chromebook itself. It could be a compatibility issue or something related to the Chrome OS.
Here's what you can try:

Hi thank you for replying, I have done numerous re-boots, cleared my cache and browsing history and my chrome has received all the necessary updates which are available at the moment. Yes I can play on another device which is my android phone. But with that particular one it is linked to my facebook account, which i keep separate from this one on my Chromebook. the games that I tried were the other king games which you have available, candy crush soda, candy crush friends,
Hi thanks for getting back to me. I have done quite a few re-boots. I have turned my Google chromebook off and back on again, deleted the history and cleared the cache and it will still not load. I have the most up to date version that is available. I have tried downloading the other King.com games and have the same problem. I can download other games with no problems. I do play candy crush saga on another device which is an android phone which is linked to my facebook account. So the version I have on Google chromebook is at a different level and do not want to link it to my facebook account. All I get when i load it is a orange screen with king going across the middle.

Are you using a Chromebook to play your game? If so, are you playing the App version or on a browser?
If playing the App, can you please check which version of the App do you have right now?

Has anyone got their King game apps working on Chromebook yet? After many Chromebook updates and King games updates my apps still only load to the orange King game screen. Has anyone heard if they plan to fix this?
Hi I am still waiting for an solution to this problem and I originally reported it back in August. Even my chromebook is fully updated and still get the orange screen with king going across the middle. Also not of there other games work on my chromebook.
