I am on level 9903 and the game just froze forcing me to quit can you help me?

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with a level! You must have figured it out by now that there is nothing you could do but, quit the level and restart the device!
Is it the level itself that froze or an Ad?
If it is the level, which device are you using to play the game? If the level freezes in my game also, I will have to report to the Community In-charge, so that they can send it to the game team!
If it is an Ad, there could be few reasons for this, beginning with the Ad itself is a glitchy one or it could be your device storage or internet issue, etc.,

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
