The Ads is an additional feature that is still in testing! From time to time, all the testing features are moved from one group of players to other group! I think the Candy Studio shuffled the groups this week, as we have received multiple complaint about Ads suddenly missing!
Please don’t be despair! If you have received Ads once, you will receive them again. Just a matter of time. Please make sure that you regularly update your game App; there is at least 2 GB free space on your device memory and you are active in the game. All these will increase your chances to receive new features.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
