As it's Apple you pay with, ask them for a refund. They will refund purchases easily if you didn't receive what you paid for.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
