They've changed it to only 14 moves to clear 152 jellies etc. Please help. Used up all my boosters and it's obviously been done just to push people to buy extra moves. Anyone have an ideas how to pass it without extra moves.

I am assuming that Level # 5675 is a legendary level (that is marked with🔥)!! If so, all the legendary levels are made impossible and require boosters to win those🙃
Can you please post a screenshot of your level - after click on play and opening the game board?
In the meantime, let me give a shout out to my community friends @christinewupp and @MannyFae and see if they have any tips for you to beat this level.
I'm sorry to hear that. I must have been very lucky to get such a good board. If you are too frustrated with this level and the game refuses to give you a lucky board, it might be a good idea to take a little break. Don't play that level for now, just log in daily to collect your daily boosters. When going gets tough, I usually take a break for 3-4 days. I found that when I come back, the game is more friendly and more likely to give me a lucky board.
Also, do you have a Season Pass? If you do, you can complete it by replaying easy old levels. If you reach the last tier by playing old levels, you will win a UFO that can be very useful on levels such as this one.

Still no lucky board for me. I'm still getting almost no wraps or stripes and even if I do they're either way across the board from each other or only appear in the last move. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. Theyre obviously determined to make me buy extra moves. I've been stuck here over a week now. I'll keep trying your game plan until I get so frustrated I quit for good.

This Legendary level can only be passed if the game gives you a lucky board, as it is with most Legendary levels. If you notice that the game allows you to create special candies and combos or even drops them for you, it could indicate that you have a lucky board. From that point on, you must take your playing very seriously and consider every move you make. Don't miss any opportunity you see to make special candies, even if they don't seem to help at the moment, you might be able to create a combo with them on a later move.
I somehow managed to pass this level on my second attempt, which means that the algorithm for this level currently includes a lucky board, which is great news.
I started by matching purples on each side of the frosting patch on the top middle. Then the game gave me the opportunity to create a wrapped candy, and I took it, even though it had no immediate use. After that, the game dropped me a whole striped and wrapped combo, perfectly positioned to attack the cakes.
Setting off that combination exploded both cakes and had a huge impact on the board.
After four moves, I was able to create another striped and wrapped combo in the bottom right corner. This enabled me to remove the remaining frosting and all the jelly from the right side of the board.
My attention is now focused on making moves in the bottom left corner since all the jelly remaining on board is there.
Matching greens in the leftmost column leads to an opportunity to create a wrapped candy…
… and yet another striped+wrapped combination.
By setting it off, I was able to win my last move.
That's what the lucky level for this level might look like. I don't know how long it would take for a lucky board to show up in your game, but at least we know that it's currently possible to get a lucky board on this level, even if you don't have boosters.
