Yes! There are many players that are experiencing this Black screen issue with the Ads. The King team is aware about this issue and they are working on a fix.
With regards your missing Gold Bars —> please try contacting King Player Support team and request for your missing Gold Bars.
With regards losing Super Color Bomb —> I don't think that Player Support team will be able to help you with this! They cannot restore it manually as we can only earn it while playing game & winning levels.

Every time I try to get boosters the screen goes black. Every time I go for the extra moves the screen goes black. I won a race, tried to watch ads for additional gold bars the screen goes black and I can't get the extras which is deserved. I had the super bomb for 24 hours and because I was going for extra moves the screen went black and I lost my 24 house of the super bomb. Because the screen is constantly going black I've lost all boosters. I have a friend that has same thing is happening. I constantly play this game for hours every morning and night. I want my gold bars back and my super bomb that's only fair. Please respond

There were few complaints about the Black screen before the weekend. Hence, King team is aware about the issue and were looking into the issue. Since this morning, there are many players that are having issue with Black screen. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon and you all will have the Ads without any issues!
Also, please be assured that reporting about Baker's Box has nothing to do with the issue in Ads.

Game is blacking out when I try to get bonus moves.

Same here.. I hit bonus, should show ad but screen freezes black and I have to shut down game to get out.

There seems to be a bad video during the video viewing to get boosters or lives. I click on watch video, it plays one video, then goes to next video and then screen goes black and no video plays. Forces me to have to close app, which then causes me to lose my place in the game and have to start level over again. There must be a bad video link in the game. Other videos play fine. Please fix. Its very frustrating.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
