About missing reward from Jelly Streak —> I had this issue once and I was informed that the reward will be available only for 12 hours since the Jelly Streak ends! If we miss to collect the reward within that time, we lost that prize, it seems!!
With regards not getting credit for completed levels this week —> Please try logging out and closing the App — restart your device after 5 to 10 minutes — log back into the game and see if all the points are added to your score.
I have noticed that this Jelly Streak works a little different than "Sam's Streak"! If you are sure that the streak points are not adding properly, please contact King Player Support team and send a complaint.
But, by the time you hear back from them, the event ends🤔

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
