Why are we not allowed to buy Gold Bars at the moment ? Every time I go to buy some, a message comes up error, or something like that. Can you PLEASE get this sorted ? It's been AT LEAST THREE days now, maybe more, and it's also not the first time it's happened recently

I am playing on my desktop computer. When I try to purchase coins I am getting a message that say "There was a problem" Try again later.

Later never comes because I am still unable to purchase coins. This has been happening for about a week.
