The grey screen is a glitch in the game some players are experiencing for some unknown reason! Unfortunately, it affects all the devices you use and there is nothing you can do to clear this glitch! Luckily, this glitch clears by itself within a day or two! For some players, it took about a week!
Candy team cannot are not able to reproduce this glitch on their end, hence, they cannot work on a fix!
If you can, please send a complaint to the King Player Support team from your mobile phone, so that, they can record your compliant. From what I have seen, by the time you receive a reply from the Player Support team, the glitch will be fixed on your side.
Please reply back by typing below to let me know if you need assistance in sending a complaint.

Hello @PummyRaj I am noticing that whenever I try to help someone by giving them as best as possible way to resolve it somehow you come up and warned me. Please don't take me wrongly I am just simply asking you about it. You are much more experience than me and you are a Candy Moderator so I gave respect for you and I do. As I am new and trying to help as best as possible way so you should appreciate it, however in this thread I don't think so that I have given total wrong information nor I misguided anyone. I am just trying to help.
