Since Yesterday i Can log on CCS but just after I have a grey screen on the game. And I can not play anymore.

Today I still can not play. I wanted sending a complaint from my mobile phone but as I can not click anywhere on CCS it's a little bit complicated !

As much as I admire your enthusiasm and willingness to help other players, I need to make sure that the information being passed on is accurate! Because, as a Moderator, it is one of my responsibilities!!
So, wherever (not whenever) I see that the information given is not correct, I must pitch in to inform the players about what's going on, what to do, what not to do, etc.,!!
Take this thread for example! The issue reported by the player is not being investigated! But, you said "King management is aware about game glitches and working on it"! They will accept your answer and come back after few days asking "how come the issue is not resolved yet"? How would I answer them?
I do not know which level you are at! But, Candy Crush Saga is a vast game and so are the issues & glitches! Even though they sound just the same, there are different issues each player experiences!
So, please take a minute before answering and only attempt if you are 100% sure of the question! For example, you have answered this - you know that the game does not have 140,000 levels. So, you asked if the player is sure about the level! And this - your reply was accurate! If you are not sure about the question, give a shout out and tag us! We will be happy to help those players!
With this clarification, please go back and check the threads where I gave you a heads-up! You will understand what I meant!
To conclude, we (both CMs and Mods) love it when other players join the threads and try to help out! That's how we became a lovely Community we are now! At the end of the day, Moderators are also players (but with more experience and some inside information)!! I do not feel happy to know that I hurt somebody's feelings! Hence, giving you this clarification!
Hello @PummyRaj I am noticing that whenever I try to help someone by giving them as best as possible way to resolve it somehow you come up and warned me. Please don't take me wrongly I am just simply asking you about it. You are much more experience than me and you are a Candy Moderator so I gave respect for you and I do. As I am new and trying to help as best as possible way so you should appreciate it, however in this thread I don't think so that I have given total wrong information nor I misguided anyone. I am just trying to help.

The grey screen is a glitch in the game some players are experiencing for some unknown reason! Unfortunately, it affects all the devices you use and there is nothing you can do to clear this glitch! Luckily, this glitch clears by itself within a day or two! For some players, it took about a week!
Candy team cannot are not able to reproduce this glitch on their end, hence, they cannot work on a fix!
If you can, please send a complaint to the King Player Support team from your mobile phone, so that, they can record your compliant. From what I have seen, by the time you receive a reply from the Player Support team, the glitch will be fixed on your side.
Please reply back by typing below to let me know if you need assistance in sending a complaint.
Hope the glitch resolves quickly and you will be able to play the game soon🍫🍫
