El jugador de nombre Rajeev hace trampa en el juego, enun lapso de menos de tres horas pasó de tener 49 niveles ganados en la semana a tener más de 10000 niveles ganados, he enviado varios correos pidiendo la solución a esta situación y no lo resuelven. Adjunto la prueba.

    Lo desmotivante es que yo iba en primer lugar en la clasificación semanal y por este tramposo perdí el primer lugar. Tengo días enviando correos a soporte sobre esto y no recibo respuesta. Podrían al menos bloquear al jugador. Se llama Rayeev

    I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Weekly Race!

    10,000 levels in less than a week does seem too extreme!! Unfortunately, as players, we cannot know if those players are cheating or just created an account to save their game or if it is a glitch!!

    King team is aware that some players are experiencing this issue from time to time! They will not allow cheaters in their games as well! So, the best way to deal with this issue is to report to the Player Support team!

    You mentioned above that you have already contact the Player Support team! Do you remember which option did you choose to send your complaint?

    Our Community In-charge advices that the closer the topic of the issue - the better results to receive from the PS team!! So, it would be helpful to know which steps you chose to send your complaint.

    ** After sending your initial complaint, did you receive any "automated" email? If so, did you try to send a reply to that email? That is how the Player Support team works.

    First, we will receive an automated email - which is an acknowledgement. Then, you will have to send a reply through that automated email and provide as many details, including screenshots! Once, you are contacted by an agent, you can discuss further.
