I am sorry to hear that you lost level progress of your game!
You will have to contact King Player Support team as only they have resources to help to restore your lost progress.
Since you are using a computer to play the game, are you playing on Facebook browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,) or the App version on Windows 10?
