@PummyRaj I'm so sorry you lost the event. I am starting to get concerned that there is something not right and maybe King's "catch out the cheaters" bot has gone overenthusiastic here. I got together with a few of my friends and we compared which levels the other players on our leaderboards are playing at and these are the results:

To summarise the findings: Out of 72 fellow players showing up on any of our leaderboards :

40 (56%) were at levels 0-2000

9 (12%) were at levels 2000-4000

11 (15%) were at levels 4000-6000

4 (6%) were at levels 6000-8000

3 (4%) were at levels 8000-10,000

3 (4%) were at levels 10,000-12,000

2 (3%) were at levels 12,000-13,000

0 (none) were at levels 13,000 and above

That seems strange. Given that every single player from en eligible country who passes any level, old or new, while playing online during the time period should automatically be entered into the competition.

So my question is: Why are there no players above level 13,000 and why are so so few above level 8000? Is this really representative of the whole of Candy Crush players?
