I have the same problem and my phone is Android and I deleted the game and reinstalled it I deleted Facebook and tried through the browser and the same problem I tried through the browser and the same problem I tried from another phone and the same problem appears asking that there is an error during login but the application appears on Facebook that it is active but in the game itself it does not connect and restore levels Thank you
I am not sure if this only happens in a particular region. On my Android device, I logout from my CCS app and re-login without any problem (with my Facebook app already login). CCS app aside, are you able to login to your Facebook app?
While I have no problem with CCS app on my Android device, I do have trouble logging-in to the CCS app from Microsoft Store on a desktop PC.
