Thank you for report it , In the meantime , Please complete the following steps and let me know if they do not resolve the issue:
- Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds.
- Check if your device needs to be updated to the latest operating system (via settings) and please also check for any updates for the game app (in your app Store).

Well I tried clicking on #2127, also on events, and shop. Nothing happens

You are experiencing the "Grey screen" glitch!!
Do you have access to a mobile phone to play the game? I don't think you will be able to play on it either! But, you can try and see!
Unfortunately, none of the troubleshooting steps will help you to resolve the issue😢 But, this glitch will resolve by itself within a day or two (sometimes, it takes a week)!! If it is possible, I would request you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team as they can record your complaint.
