why wont my game work today. I am on level 2127

Please follow below steps to send your complaint to King Player Support team⬇️

• Open the App (do not click on play to go to map screen);
• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the bottom left corner of game "Home" screen;
• Click on ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Technical & Connection issues" and click on it;
• Select "My game is crashing & freezing" and click on it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" button;
• Fill the form with correct choices at "Topic" and "Subtopic";
• Explain about the issue in "Tell us what you need" and Submit the form.

You will be receiving an automated email, which is the initial email. Please do send a reply through that automated email and explain the issue along with a screenshot of your game map screen.

An agent will be contacting you in 72 hours(max)! Even if they do not reply back to you, please don't worry about it as they cannot send a fix anyway! It's only the game Studio team that have to figure out why this glitch is troubling few players! But, by the time you receive a reply, I am sure that your game starts working again🤞
