I was told to reach out to the support team with a Game ID and did so but only got a generic response redirecting me to post my question here. How can I get help? I’m not receiving milestone boosters and now I’ve been bumped down a milestone in levels and lost my badge.
Hello @nermthegerm90 and welcome to the Community! From what I've heard is that people reaching out to support always receive this generic response, but that you should use that email to send a reply including a screenshot to prove things and then wait to see what happens. It seems that people do get help ultimately, but that it can take some time. Hope this helps you! In the meanwhile keep reading posts and/or announcements in the Community. You could find tips that help you play, you can get to know people better and I promise that there's always someone that will try to help if you've got questions. See you around in the Community!
Meu campeonato simplesmente sumil, estou na final, e ontem a noite enquanto eu fazia uma compra de créditos para comprar ouro no jogo, quando voltei ao jogo já não aparecia mais para mim, só a corrida dos campeões, já entrei em contato, enviei imagens e video e nada até agora, gastei tempo e dinheiro para a King simplismo te me prejudicar, parece que quando jogadores de outros Países participantes tem chance de ganhar eles excluem da competição
No, @leecee29 , I never got a reply because I haven't contacted Customer Support with a problem yet. Bot other people certainly did and received the same generic response as you did. Next step is to report your issue by replying to that generic response and sent a screenshot to prove your point. In any case, you're not the only one having this issue.
Hi @nermthegerm90 unfortunately it isn't a quick process. When you replied to their automated reply did you do it at the top of their reply? As that's how I remember it used to be. But even after replying it can take days before hearing from them, and I'm not sure if they work weekends. If you haven't heard anything by Monday you could email them again, then when you get the automated reply, make sure you answer at the top of theirs. As I said it can be a long process but don't give up🤞
Whenever I contacted them @nermthegerm90 it always said 'Make sure you reply above the Line'. Must admit I haven't bothered contacting them for a while, it isn't an easy process at all. Hi @Colleen Companion Welsh I know you have contacted King Player Support many times and have done recently. Is there anything you can tell nermthegerm90 that will make it a bit easier please 🤞
Support for a game with millions of players is hard. Especially when lots of people are messaging about things already explained on forums or in terms/instructions. As for the milestones....are you referring to the milestones every 1000 levels and that one of your badges disappeared?
You are correct @pmin the Community was started many years ago to support King Player Support with the many questions and problems millions of players around the world have. Unfortunately there are certain things we in the Community can't put right so players are referred back to King Player Support. From what nermthegerm90 put in their first post it appears they were already answered advising them to contact KPS so that their game can be checked to see why they have been put back a whole milestone. So hopefully nermthegerm90 will eventually get an answer from KPS 🤞
