about to start final round of music tournament but I'm worried you have my old email I can't access

about to be accepted to final round of tournament but I've always logged in with Facebook. I just spent a lot of time trying to see what email is associated and Facebook won't let me confirm my current. email..I never received confirmation emails. I have 2 emails listed on Facebook. but I believe if that's where you are getting my email address it will give you guys the other mold address I can't log in to. what should I do? can I log in with Facebook and an email address? if I log in with email I will lose all my progress and powerups?
