Brothers, I am facing a problem with my family videos not appearing so that I can get a reward.

done have any answers to this ad problem? Or do we just complain. Can we reset? I don’t understand why I stopped getting ads for extras, does anyone know of a fix?

I have read about the lack of video rewards. Obviously it isn't just me. I am deleting this game!

I’ve always had the video ads /bonuses and now they have disappeared. They did help a lot. Now I’m wasting all my gold bars because some levels are impossible without extra help. Please help. Tired of being on the same level for days and days. My interest is disappearing slowly.

Me too and it really ruined the fun of playing the game when everyone accepts and I don't and it's hard to go through stages

it’s definitely not fair and know but don’t care. They told me they wouldn’t respond on this subject anymore. I took computer programming. I know they can write a program that’s fair to everyone.

It's not fair that those who didn't buy gifts and help get it and those who bought are punished and don't get it. I bought once 4 months ago and why did all the advertisements and bonuses disappear? Since then I can't get through a stage and companies that didn't buy get all the gifts and gold bars and gifts and go through stages
