I got a new chocolate box this weekend that advertises 40 gold bars but only gives 30. Unfortunately, this cannot be captured on a screenshot because the gold count is not visible at the moment the box gives a reward.

The only thing I can suggest is to contact Player Support. Go into settings (the pink cogwheel) in your game and then press on the ? symbol. Then scroll through the options until you see 'contact us' at the bottom. Click on this and you can send an email to King player support. If you don't hear from them in three days, reply to the automated email and explain the problem again. Good luck!

hello i never receive all the gold i won… can you help me please?
I just finished the Tuesday event which I had to get 1200 purple candies. I did and was told I received a reward of one Color Bomb and the one of the pink lollipops. I went to the event tab and pressed claim, but they never appeared in my boosters to be able to use them.
