My wife have the same game and she always gets the video help, I used to have that option but now I haven't been able to get the videos, I want to know what happen or how can I get the videos back for extra help

Waiting since a year ,still anything not happening. U have to give ads in my game or otherwise i am stopping to play this game anymore

Same here. I used to watch ads for boosts all the time. Paid for one boost and have not seen ads since. Been stuck on the same game for 2 weeks now because I am not going to pay again. About ready to delete the game.

I had the ads always and now nothing. You can’t even click on anything to say you agree to ads. There is no extra help playing the levels. Stuck in same ones for days. Used all my lives so can’t even get ahead with that. So frustrating
