lost gifted lives/extra moves & helpful candies

My game has been freezing when I start it for the past few weeks. It takes a few min just to get it started. I saved my progress thru FB, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app on my phone. When I connected to FB again I'm on the correct level but all 129 of my gifts/extra lives are gone as well as the helpful candies I've collected.

Lost lives I was gifted as well as boosters, this is twice this has happened without resolve, yes I had to change out my phone but my account recovered but without thebitems
