Trying again with another request and hoping that you can tell me if this is going to be fixed as I can’t continue to play if this level doesn’t creat sufficient chocolate. Level 10702 in 2021 had 30 moves with problems as such I’m experiencing however I have only 27 moves and it’s impossible to complete if there isn’t enough chocolate squares made! Please fix this as I’m at my wits end with all the previous issues on top of this! I posted this into another post but feel it was too old so I’m back on here
“I’ve been on this level for a whole week and a half. These isn’t enough chocolate as I’m always down to one left to smash but not enough moves either. 27 in total moves and this is really very annoying! Please can someone shred a light on when this is going to fix the problem” ???

hello Mojo, Did you end up finding any help? I feeling your loss and it doesn’t feel too good. I’m having other issues evertime there is a new Challenge there are hiccups and it is so frustrating. PummyRaj has been really helpful however, I ve taken her advice and seemed the other channels that she suggested to go down are to no avail! Unfortunately I too have been in the past games lost a considerable amount of Gold bars and time playing this game. (They were never recovered ) I’m now at the stage of bowing out as I seriously don’t think that they can keep up with the demand of issues people are experiencing and they must be making big bucks from adding new challenges but not in the habit of refunding won boosters and Gold bars!

Could someone please try and resolve my issue as I’m missing out on all the challenges whilst the not only the alien invasion isn’t working but also the Choclate box not giving the 30 bars of gold. Is anyone else having the problem? This has been going on now coming up to a week.

in answer to your question Yes the Golden Chest didn’t as well gift me with the finish of the quests. It just says ask if I want to go again.
Do I have to surrender these boosters?

I got five emails, 4 generic and then one asking for details of the issue. Actually thought I was getting somewhere. That is until I got my fifth generic email, no resolving the issue at all.
I then received another email asking for feedback on how well my query had been addressed. Needless to say, I left a negative review. Still not receiving gold bars for winning episode races and 138 gold bars down that I wasted buying 12 hours.

Can you please explain what is happening with the Alien Invasion event?
Did you reach the Golden Chest? To receive the rewards shown in the pop-up, we have to release all 4 characters! Then only, the Gold Chest will open. You must have noticed that in previous chests too (Bronze & Silver)!
With regards to the Gold Bars from Chocolate Box, few other players are also experiencing this glitch!
Our Community In-charge has suggested to reach out to King Player Support Team via the game app following below steps
You would be receiving an automated email as initial reply! This is a norm after we send a complaint! Please don't delete that email, but send a reply through that automated email itself and explain the issue. If you have any screenshots, please attach them to help your case. An agent should contact you in 72 hours(max). If you do not hear back within 48 hours, please send a reply and remind them that you are still waiting for a response.
Contacting Player Support team is a delayed/patience testing process. They are the only team that helps all 12 King Saga games. I would request you to please be patient and do not give up💜
Thanks for the fix however it appears it’s misbehaving again I’m on level 10612. Here is the picture of the prize for alien invasion. Although this is explaining how it works it was the only way of snapping the boosters as I never received them feeling a bit frustrated as I was working towards getting whilst enjoying the game Please can you fix this and reward me with what I should have

I am STILL waiting for a reply. At this point I don’t even play the game anymore. Tired of the glitches, losing extra boosters I play when the game freezes, and winning the level to only glitch again then it makes me replay the level I just beat. When I need support, I get generic emails back. I just wanted my 2 ufo boosters back. I’m done.
I’m still experiencing issues with Candy atonal and episode race.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I believe it’s both ie 15 levels first to win and the weekly contest where there are three top components and the winner receives a flying saucer and timed boosters.

First of all - the glitch with the Super Color Bomb and Golden Crowns — an issue has been detected in the game and many players are experiencing it since yesterday. The Candy Team is aware about this glitch and are working on it.
Hopefully, you will see a fix soon🤞
With regards the issues you were experiencing before — Weekly Race and the other race could be (1) Episode Race —> where we win 15 levels from a single episode to get Gold Bars reward (from 20 to 45 GB);
OR (2) Candy Royale race —> Where we play certain number of level while competing with 99 other players and win the share of gold bars (varies from 300 to 1500 GB)!
Are you still experiencing this issue or was it resolved and your game is working fine?

Thanks for reaching out to me I sent a complaint awhile ago around the 25 th September. I have an iPad iOS 17.6. So to let you know I had won the weekly contest challenges as well as the one where you win the gold bars. I’m sorry I just can’t remember the names. I never received the 35 gold nor the the weekly challenge for the spinning saucer and times boosters. This is still happening however now it’s with the supercharged booster colour bomb. Each time I have won the game it never comes up or keeps tally and it’s not on the actual game that I’m playing. Plus I just won the weekly contest challenge again and no timed boosters given in each of the 5 rounds.
I hope this makes. I really frustrated as I can’t use the timed boosters for the challenge to win the jackpot level 3.

Those automated emails are the initial email we all receive after sending our complaint. You have to send a reply through that automated email. Then, an agent from King Support team will contact us (72 hours max).
If you did not receive any reply even after 3 days, please send another and remind them that you are waiting for their assistance.
Would you mind telling me the issue you are experiencing in your game? If it is a glitch in your game, it would be better to report it here in the Community, so that our Community In-charge can take a look at it.
