Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

If you used to receive the Ads but not anymore, it means that you are not in the test group to receive the Ad videos!
But, no worries! If you have received the Ads once, you will receive them again! Please keep updating the App regularly, make sure there is enough free space on your device and you are active in the game! All these will increase your chances to receive the Ads again!

why is it youâve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! Iâve played the level Iâm on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with âcannot connectâ. Iâve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
