I have played about 12 levels today which I all one with the first go. I did not receive ANY gold bars as was shown after the won. This has been going on for about a month. Please help!!

You are talking about Candy Royale event! Did you win all the levels of the challenge and reach the final stage - where the pop-up says "your reward is X amount of Gold Bars, and you are sharing with X number of players"?
Until you see that final pop-up, you will not receive any Gold bars!! Do you have a screenshot of that pop-up message?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
