in stage 5471
Your program bug happens in stage 5471. I spent 3 different magic tool (event party booster ) still cannot shift it. It’s not acceptable ! I stop to play it . Please refund

Hello @Debug2 I am afraid I still do not agree with you that there is a bug in this level. I have scrolled back and yes, it is true that if you hit the candy on the bottom row, middle with a lollipop this will NOT drop the dragon. This is because the other candy, to the left will drop into that space instead of the dragon.
I can't play and replay this level until it lets me pass as this is a legendary level and my boosters are limited @PummyRaj , but I can illustrate what happens with these screenshots of one of the dragons:

I tried first of all to hit the purple candy with a lollipop. But instead of the dragon the blue candy to the left dropped to fill that space. It's how the game works and there are other levels like this. It's not a glitch, it's part of the game mechanics.
What you need to do to move that dragon is to hit the wrapped candy next to it. That way all three spaces- the dragon, the green and the blue candy- that surround it will be hit simultaneously, and that will definitely bring that dragon down to its exit. So I think the answer to pass this level is to hit the wrapped candies. It worked for me.
The dragon dropped down for me after hitting the wrap with a lollipop.
There are striped candy dispensers and the level is meant to be played by allowing those striped candies to drop down and hit the wrapped candies in the middle to remove the blockers and save the dragons.
Now that is why we keep asking for a scroll back feature. I can only play this level scrolling back from the end of the game…. I'll give it a shot though because I am curious.

When I have requested you to send a complaint to the Player Support team in my above comment, it is to help you as I thought you should not lose your boosters due to a glitch in the game.
Sending a complaint to the Player Support team will help us - the players, but not King😉
I didn’t, why I need spend time to helping you bug fix it and you don’t found in your monitor tools and UAT env
The glitch with the explosion from 2 Super Color Bombs is being investigated and only the game team can bring in a fix for that! So, I am not sure how helpful Player Support team can be for that particular issue!
But, if you have received an automated email from them, please send a reply through that email and provide further details and also attach screenshots (if you have saved any)!
I raise the request for refund and the program make many bug in last week for thunderbolt color bomb, like single attack if two color bomb mixed or the position is stuck

I am sorry to hear about the glitch you are experiencing in your level!
If you watch the video, the Gummy Dragons are dropping down correctly! But, I am not sure why your last Dragon got stuck!! If you have used the Party Popper, that should have cleared the path and you should have won the level!
Let me play the level and see if I too experience this glitch!! If I did, I can report the level to our Community In-charge.
no! I used lollipop twice instead but no use. When the game restarted and the dragon state at the same position, it can be moved. so I claim this is a bug!

This is a video of how to pass this level, which illustrates how to get the dragons to their exits.
On your screenshot there is no sign that your dragon is stuck. I think you only needed a lollipop hammer to pass: Match the three green candies on the bottom right to bring the horizontal stripe to the bottom row on your screenshot. Then hit that horizontal stripe with a lollipop hammer and you should pass. I think the dragons only drop one row per move, so using party poppers on this level is probably not the best strategy as you would need rather a lot of them.
