When trying to get extra plats. The adverts bombs me out if the game and I lose one life. This is very frustrating
When I need to watch videos to get extra play to complete the level. The video plays to the end and bombs me out of my level. I lose a life and have to start replaying the same level

Can you please explain a bit more about the issue? Are the Advertisements crashing while you are watching those OR you see a black screen and all you can do is close the App and restart the game?
