Crikey @kaykstuff that sounds ultra boring. So do you have to go to your settings each time to turn off your music and hints, what a lot of messing about. I'm sorry but I don't know what you can do to fix it. Maybe contact King Player Support and ask them to look at your game to see what the problem is. Have you contacted them before? If not just be aware it isn't a quick process and you will get an automated reply first telling you to come and ask the Community. Maybe someone else in the Community might know the answer but no-one else has replied yet. If you do contact King Player Support and get the automated reply, just reply back to that explaining the problem again. It's worth a try as you can't carry on like it is. Thanks for the reply @kaykstuff just keep replying back to their emails, you could be lucky and get a helpful answer. Would like to know how you get on. A little tip, and I apologise if you already know. If you click on the 'Reply' at the bottom of someone's post first then add your comment and post they get notified that you have replied or made a comment. Without that the person you are replying to won't know unless they are checking through many posts.

You're welcome @kaykstuff also if you don't know, if you want to contact someone in particular or make them aware of something it's called tagging. You type an @ first then add their community name as it's shown, a box will come up showing their name in green, like yours is above. Click on that then put your comment and post. Also if you want to edit your post, you have 24 hours to do it. You click on the 3 dots in a circle top right of your post, click edit, change to what you need then post. All handy things to know which aren't easily found 😊
