Why did my streak disappear??

I had over a 600 level streak and it's gone! Why?? It restarted to ZERO and I didn't get a prize from one of the races level races. I've spent so much time on that streak! Very disheartening! Makes me want to rage quit this game! My spoon digging mini game doesn't show up when I get to the 3rd character, little boy in a uniform, and doesn't allow me to use any spoons. What is happening with this game??

I still have not gotten a response as to WHY my streak disappeared. I've stopped spending money on your game and I can barely play it now. What's the point in getting a big win streak if it can just be wiped out?
