After automatically losing 4 times in a row in level because the Daily Treat Machine gave me 1 hour unlimited color bombs and the level saying there was no more matches, I think I am done. You cannot “in use” the unlimited feature. After spending money to get my stuff back, and waiting the hour until my daily “treat” was gone, was ridiculous. I lost all my streaks, the super color bomb, the Royals, and all my boosters. I guess I need to find another game that doesn’t glitch out, or “kill” me on purpose. Dang!

I am sorry to hear this @maverick2020 This should NOT happen and please could you share which levels were affecting you? These levels do need to be reported because this issue can easily be fixed: Boosters need to be locked for such levels. King have done it for some levels but they need to know which levels need fixing.

These tries were on my 2nd and 4th attempt at this level. The first and third time the level killed me off after the second “move” as well. The same thing happened about 10 or so levels back as well.

In fact I have scrolled back and played the level a few times, incidentally just after getting timed colour bombs from my daily treat machine. I note this is not a case of the boosters blocking the first move. The boosters are placed away near the bottom and do not block any move, but they certainly do not help either and this must be one of the worst levels in Candy Crush Saga. It's pointless as there is no choice of moves and repeated shuffling of candies, and it is so obviously rigged to make us lose. I did get an "oops" once at 17 moves left too, but more often than not there was always one possible move, which would lead us nowhere.
Yes, I agree that level 7428 is infuriating and should get looked at, but I'm not sure I can help you here other than suggest you complain to Player Support. Levels like this are enough to drive any player out of the game. I had six attempts at it and got nowhere and I have no wish to keep replaying something so tedious. Worst level I've played in months!

Are you still stuck on this level? I did manage to pass it eventually using my usual strategy which seems to just about always get the most out of any lucky board:
Play the first move the game suggests (and in this level that would be the first few moves as there is no choice!)
Make any match you see to that will create a striped or wrapped candy
Take any chance you see to strike a combo of special candies
On level 7428 once the frog is charged move it onto the toffee swirls at the sides in between the frostings
I passed on my sixth attempt using the above method.
