🎬️ Video ads disappearing or not available

No one from the developers are doing anything to help. Same answer all the time. I accidentally hit to buy once thinking I had no credit card on file and it went through. I had never paid for anything prior and have been playing for 8? Years. My picture disappeared It was going to my old facebook account. I lost a whole bunch of lives and gold bars plus other bonuses. Everything got mixed up and very frustrating. I had no more ads or bonuses. I was forced to pay money to get some bars so I could get past a level that I was stuck on for days and days. I don’t want to start over and go through over 6000 levels. Playing this game was my relaxing time and now it’s no longer fun. Please do something so everyone can enjoy the game again. Thank you

A test feature? Since when does a test go on for years? And exactly how long is "at the moment"? I've had zero options to watch an ad for at least a week and I've been stuck on the same level for that long. All the videos I've seen on how to beat the level all are given initially more moves than given now. Why do you keep cutting the moves for levels down lower and lower? This is just ridiculous - every change that's made is always about giving players less choices.
