Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

@QueenB I really would like to know when the testing will be over for the ads. I notice there were questions about the ads as far back as 2021. It has been at least 4 years of testing. Can you get an update on when it will be rolled out to all players. Or is this always going to be a test forever? I am not a tech but 4or 5 years of testing seems a very long time.why do you keep saying is a test is something I don't understand. I suggest the studio come up with a different tell us why we don't have ads. It's getting to a point where it just doesn't make any sense to keep saying it's a test. @QueenB
