I think you noted the locked boosters previously @SneakyMelonPyroDuck?
Ya they are locked due to the speed up which has always been really odd.
Oh just noticed the edit on messages is 1 month now. That is a lot better.
Ohh! Thanks for telling me that. That is great news about the edit!!!
Hi @christinewupp ! How can you start again from the beginning in an existing account???
No, you can't do that I'm afraid. You will have to open a brand new account. If you use an existing account and have it reset to level 1 you won't get the episode race I have heard. What you need is reinstall the app and start as a new player, then create a brand new account with new login details.
Thanks! @christinewupp👍️Appreciate you're always answering so detailed!
@christinewupp FWIW, 17,000 levels so far without spending any money. The downside was/is spending quite a lot of time watching ads, but that's the price to pay. 😀
Lovely my friend! That's great to hear. Keep it up!
My latest update:
I have abandoned my cautious strategy of only playing one or two episodes for one of my two test games and it has worked splendidly. King now want us to play and play and play as much as we can. They are throwing ever more new events at me, of which I enclose some screenshots to illustrate how the game now wants us to zoom through episodes like the clappers. I am not sure why.
The levels around 1000 have now all been modified to make them beatable by my usual strategy without thinking much at all:
Win streak mania is being encouraged by the game at the early level range around 1000, as I have found that only one level per episode needed gold spending if we played starting boosters. I used timed colour bombs and timed wrap/stripe to keep my win streak and have bought some lollipop hammers (I know I said only fools will do this, but it's more fun using them than paying gold, so I give in as the fun factor is important)
Tiffy is definitely still making a nice gold profit with this strategy.
The new event "Delicious Dash" is definitely one to encourage speedy play. For anyone who does not have this event: , It gives us extra gold on top of our episode winnings if we finish the episode fast enough. The new-levels-only Don't Feed the Troll of course has a similar function, since you now can only beat it if you race through levels like a madperson. The super colour bomb is also designed to make us keep our win streaks and race through levels. Many levels are over in one or two moves if we get a double super colour bomb. Not exactly brainy, but it probably appeals to some players.
The game is being dumbed down week after week. No more thinking required. Just bash away until you get hit by an oops level.
Here is my other game, which is being more cautious and does not spend any gold on boosters, but will spend 10 gold wisely to play on. This player is trying to make do with the boosters the game gives her.
So far this strategy is equally rewarding, possibly because the game is giving this player a better versions of Candy Royale and of the Delicious Dash. She also got a better reward from the daily treat machine (1 hour timed colour bombs) this morning allowing her to play for a lot longer and beat the troll easily. The game is definitely helping some players more than others. Take advantage of this manipulation and you could play this game successfully, have fun playing and spend nothing.
Up to here anyway.
Way to go to answer my original question of course.
Hey be more positive, depending on the game you are ~4.5 to 5.5% trough the game. Zoom Zoom
