Where do I find a key to unlock cages?

Question

Been playing for  days, clear all except 3 double locked cages that need key to open to get to  last dragon but no key appears no matter how long I play and what areas I play.  Move all squares and lines in every direction but no key appears anywhere.  Where is the key, how do I find it?
