Dearest Jo many thanks for mentioning me my lovely, this means a lot to me right now given circumstance my darling ๐ I like to offer empathy, I am rubbish at knowledge. Inclusion is a comforting place when you feel alone. Inclusion builds bonds and bridges, strength and sanity. Laughter and kindness is so very healing and super massive against greed, jealousy and hate which is self destructive. I have to find a positive in a negative. Ying and Yang. Hence rainbows are cool, they are hope. I am getting by, and hope I don't have a complete melt down.
