Why cant i get my rewards?

i recently did a app update and now I have no bonuses and can’t get my rewards when I win a level. It keeps saying I have no internet connection and I do. I have other games I play that have to have internet also and they are working just fine so I don’t understand

@brendy, it could be your game and not the device. That is why they both decided to uninstall and reinstall and then both got it working again. I just have to warn you that if you uninstall your game then you will lose all boosters and lives.

It still don’t explain why it keeps saying I have no internet connection and that when I’m reconnected to internet I will receive my rewards. I am connected to the internet and play other games and they are working just fine

I don't get my rewards when sugar drops reach any level. Sugar track does not appear.

Hi @jonis, there is a problem with that challenge and the studio is aware of it.
