Are you referring to Google Play Points?
Google Play Points can be redeemed for Google Play Credit or directly for in-app purchases, including Candy Crush. So, yes, you can use your points to sweeten your game!
To use your points, open the Google Play Store app on your Android device, tap the menu, and then ‘Play Points’. Here, you can use points to get Play Credit. Once you’ve converted your points to credit, head over to Candy Crush, and use this credit to buy lives, gold bars, or other in-app goodies.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
