Need help game 9664, gave no option to play. Message stated no switches and treated like a "quit".

Question

I Just purchased the extra help offer for the final game in my tier in 1st Place on both the race and the tournment.  Opened the game aand it said No more moves and quit, did not get move not one.  Help  ,it must be a glitch.  SCREENSHOT Attached.  It Reset My tier also about to reach about to reach largest pot, was so excited.

Hello @ladonna527 Welcome to the community!

What has happened here has occasionally been reported by other players as well. You had so many boosters on the opening board that on some boards this will block the only possible first move the game allows. This is the opening board according to a recent video on YouTube :

So if we have two colour bombs on our opening board take the place of even one of the green candies in between those liquorice pieces you cannot make any move and the game shuts down on us.

@QueenB This should never happen and players should never be penalised for playing boosters and for being on a win streak, let alone be penalised for buying boosters!

In the meantime @ladonna527 I would urge you to contact Player Support about this, given that you did pay for the boosters that made you lose CandyRoyale! To do so please go via Settings (the small pink cogwheel at the top of your map screen): Tap on the ? icon and scroll through the options until you get "contact us" at the bottom. You will only get an automated reply straight away, and I think no one at King works weekends, but on Monday or Tuesday this should be followed up by a reply from Player Support. I hope you do get compensation for this and I hope King will change this level @QueenB  ( lock or delay the drop of starting boosters) so that this will not happen to others!
