Did you download the game on to a new device? If so, did you make sure that you are logged into the game account you usually use?
If not, please log back into the game using the same account you have used on your old phone and you will be taken back to your original level.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
