There may be players in this forum who might be able to advise you on this, but they won't see your post as it's lost inside a thread none of us ever look at. I would suggest you repost, create you own new discussion with this. Some players here play on Windows and might offer some insight. Also level 19977 does not exist, so please check what level you mean.

Did you try matching the orange candies to try get a double colour bomb? It might blow up, I'm not sure, but it looks at first sight that this could be a lucky board. Could be wrong though.

level 16762 yet another level not actually achievable, I was allocated 35 moves impossible bought another 45 still couldn’t pass …… really no rewards or incentive to continue to play these pay to pass levels !

I believe this has something to do with the game not syncing correctly between win10 and win11 does the same thing on my platforms, possibly because win10 is being phased out? I did notice that if you play them again it will add to your win streak! gotta love Microsoft!
Also, if I log into the game on my phone (which would be at the end of the map) I can start the star tournament there and it will carry over to my windows platform so you can get in early without completing the new windows levels!
Correction They are trying to release all of the platforms at the same time again That is why everything is screwing up every time they try to release all of the platforms it goes haywire!

También sacaron competencia semanal ,lingotes en la caja de bombones, en las competencias mezclan jugadores novatos y dificulta obtener recompensas,muy desigual
No es idóneo y no cuidan al jugador de años 😡
