why don't i have more levels?

i'm playing from my laptop… through facebook…. what shall i do to get more levels?
If your device is Android 5 or iOS 10 or a lower version then you won't be able to get any new levels @dimahb
If you see levels on YouTube you have not got yet it is because Windows players get levels two weeks before Mobile players get them!
@dimahb to be able to play all the available levels you need to play on a PC/laptop and download the Candy Crush Saga windows app from the Microsoft Store. New levels come out each Wednesday, so there will be more new levels today. ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
