Hello @Nancyibermudez, I am sorry but no one here can fix anything for you. This forum is made up of people just like you. That is, everyone here is just a player of Candy Crush just like you are.

When you complete a level you have to wait until you see the Retry or Next button. If you do anything to your game before you see either of these buttons then your level will not count as being completed.

If by 'money' you mean you used some of your gold bars then there is nothing you can do to get them back. If you mean you actually spent real money then you will need to contact King Player Support for a refund.

Hola @Nancyibermudez, lo siento, pero nadie aquí puede arreglar nada por ti. Este foro está formado por personas como tú. Es decir, todos aquí son solo jugadores de Candy Crush como tú.

Cuando completes un nivel, debes esperar hasta que veas el botón Reintentar o Siguiente. Si le haces algo a tu juego antes de ver cualquiera de estos botones, tu nivel no contará como completado.

Si por "dinero" te refieres a que usaste algunos de tus lingotes de oro, entonces no hay nada que puedas hacer para recuperarlos. Si quieres decir que realmente has gastado dinero real, tendrás que ponerte en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de King para obtener un reembolso.
