Thank you @PummyRaj. I wanted to add that last night when I checked my Win app for the game, only the Win11 app that I was playing on had my correct level. My other Win11 app and Win10 app for the game were suck at Level 17976 too, with the number flashing. There are also several other threads complaining about this problem. ʕ´•ᴥ•`ʔ Only the game I am playing on is correct!
I have several devices synced via FB to my candy crush game. The last couple of days the other devices don't keep up with the main device I play on, I've logged in and out, updated all devices to the current version of the game, restarted devices but no luck, is this an issue for anyone else?
Same here! I reported and posted about it several days ago and no one from candy-crush-saga has posted or commented yet! It's crazy. All devices are on different levels. Everything else is in sync. I finished all levels and went to Star tournament and they all have access to that even while showing unplayed levels. Makes no sense.
I'm currently on level 17987 about 4 from the special event whilst my other devices are stuck on 17976 the first level of the last sector, I'll see if I can enter the special event from my other devices once I'm at the end, like yourself any gold bars I use are all synced and the total reduces on all devices!
same thing here I hope they give us some compensation
I reach level 17990 at my iPhone but iPad not able to update to this level ( Stay at level 17977 ). I try restart but still cannot Sync . Please help

Exactly the same & l lost 200 lives & all my boosters, fuming!

There is an issue in the game for the players at the top of the game map! It was reported to the game team and they are investigating it. If they ask for any further details, I will get back to you.
And yes! Restart will not help to clear this glitch!
Can you please provide the screenshots of your game map from both your devices?
