Frozen game

My game is greyed out and I can't do anything but the background is still moving and the music playing. I've deleted the app, restarted my iphone and reinstalled but the error is still there. Has my account been frozen out?

    I'm having same problem. Am using the latest version of IOS and the game software. Frozen on both my iPhone and iPad. Have restarted devices, but didn't help. Logged out and back in a couple of times and got it to play once, but then it froze again. Can't access the game's support functions to report it through my device because it's completely frozen.
