How come every time you UPDATE and I accept I lose EVERY SINGLE LIFE IN MY STORAGE? just lost 100 !

How come every single time you do an update which is like every week now, I lose ALL MY STORED LIVES????? I HAVE LOST OVER 100 JUST TONIGHT. I AM READY TO DELETE THE GAME OVER IT. I wait for my friends to send me lives and you take them just by updating???? It is not fair in the last month I have lost over 500 lives in my storage and my game extras, my wrapped candies, my color bombs etc. I have lost them all. At what point to you STOP UPDATING AND TAKING OUR STUFF THAT WE EARNED AND LIVES OUR FRIENDS GAVE US????? YOU GAME IS NO LONGER FUN WHEN NO I HAVE 5 LIVES AND ALL MY SAVED ONES ARE GONE I HAD 200 AND I ACCEPT YOUR TERMS NOW I HAVE 7???? IT IS NOT FAIR YOUR GAME CAN SHOVE IT!!!

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your lives following the recent update. Sometimes updates can disrupt the saved data. Could you please try restarting your device and checking again?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
